Some people sense the invisible dynamics of life long before they have words for them.
I was one of those children.
From an early age I was curious about the subtle energies that shape our world. Creativity became my way of exploring these unseen layers. Through art, music, and theater I learned that expression can reveal truths words often cannot reach.
Later I began studying different healing approaches, from systemic field work to body-based trauma education, relational practices, ancestral traditions, and energy work.
After becoming a mother, I went through a very challenging period of depression that forced me to face my own story more honestly.
I turned to many therapists to search for answers but it was only through family constellation work that I eventually came to see how part of the heaviness I carried was connected to my great-grandfather, who had taken his life after the war. His unresolved fate had echoed through the generations and become entangled with my own life. Working with this dynamic allowed me to release a weight that had never fully belonged to me.
This experience fundamentally changed how I understand healing. Many struggles we carry are linked to stories that began long before us. We ourselves hold the power to acknowledged, and restructure them.
Today my work brings together systemic awareness, creative exploration, and intuitive listening. I hold spaces where women can uncover the patterns shaping their lives and reconnect with their own inner guidance.
Every woman carries her own medicine. She only needs the space to remember it.

Many of the challenges we face are shaped by the structure of our systemic field.
The systemic field is the invisible relational field that holds the memory of your life; your experiences, your family system, and the emotional imprint you have inherited.
It shapes how you relate, choose, and respond, often beyond conscious awareness.
When grief, exclusion, or unresolved family events remain unprocessed, this field becomes disordered, creating blockages that show up as repeating struggles, emotional heaviness, confusion, or a sense of being stuck.

THE FOUR PILLARS OF MY WORK
SYSTEMIC FIELD WORK
(family constellations)
When we set up a constellation, we are "tuning in" to the systemic field.
We represent the elements of your system (such as family members, symptoms, or internal parts) using physical markers or people to create a "living map" of your inner field. Then we allow the representatives to access information and physical sensations that belong to the systemic field rather than themselves.
I then guide the system toward a state of balance through specific movements and "healing sentences" that acknowledge the truth of what is. By so doing, we collapse the old, distorted energetic patterns and allow a new, higher-frequency order to take shape. This shift literally rewires your internal field, replacing ancestral "static" with a clear, resonant flow of life force.
RITUAL
A ritual is a deliberate, symbolic action designed to bridge the physical world and the systemic field, acting as a concentrated "command" to the subconscious and the energetic system.
By stepping out of linear time and into a sacred space, we use elements like altars, fire, representative objects, and prayer to communicate directly with the field in its own language: the language of symbols.
This process works by breaking old psychic loops and anchoring a new frequency into your reality, physically manifesting the shifts discovered during systemic work. Whether used to mark a threshold, return a burden to an ancestor, or reclaim a lost part of the soul, a ritual serves as the final seal that integrates a shift from the invisible field into your tangible life.
ART
Art serves as a vital bridge between the subconscious and the tangible world. I guide you into a natural flow of expressing your feelings where words would fail.
By engaging in creative expression we allow inner material to become visible, moving what is stuck from the shadows into the light. This process bypasses the analytical mind, translating deep-seated patterns into external images that can be witnessed, honored, and ultimately reshaped.
As you externalize these hidden layers, you gain the power to consciously restructure your internal landscape through the act of creation. Art thus becomes a sacred mirror, reflecting your transformation and anchoring your new clarity into physical reality.
EMBODYMENT
(Somatics)
True harmony is not only understood, it is lived through the cells. Somatic work serves as the vital grounding wire for systemic shifts, ensuring that the insights of the field are fully metabolized by your nervous system.
The process of embodiment allows regulation and a deep, sovereign presence to take root, turning a mental realization into a permanent physical reality. As your body learns to hold this new frequency, you move through the world with a grounded stability that allows your manifestation to be both clear and sustainable.
